A procedure done to measure the internal pressure of the chambers of the eye which contain the liquid called aqueous humor. This is performed using a Tonometer that indicates when the pressure exceeds or diminishes away from the normal range. Basically, this procedure is used to diagnose glaucoma, when the intraocular pressure exceeds the normal value corresponding to each species eyes.
